Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily front office operations including reception, reservations, and guest services Ensure smooth arrivals, departures, room allocations, and special requests Supervise and support front office team members, conduct shift briefings, and maintain service standards Resolve guest issues and complaints diplomatically, ensuring every experience is a positive one Liaise between departments to ensure flawless communication and guest satisfaction What Were Looking For: 35 years experience in front office or guest services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role Exposure to 4- or 5-star lodges or boutique hotels essential Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., OPERA, RoomRaccoon, Semper) Calm under pressure, team-oriented, highly organised Impeccable grooming, communication, and attention to detail Why Join?
