Commercial Construction Superintendent

Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects across various sectors including commercial, retail, industrial, automotive, institutional, hospitality, mixed use, grocery, manufacturing, multifamily, and office space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Compensation: $125k - $180k DOE Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of construction projects including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Provide leadership and guidance to on-site staff and ensure effective communication among all team members. Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the construction process promptly and effectively. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and financial tracking. Ensure projects are completed to specifications and within the stipulated time frames. Qualifications Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry with a strong background in various sectors such as commercial, retail, and industrial. In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, project management, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail. Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
