We’re an ambitious and fast-growing beauty startup on a mission to disrupt the industry with high-performance, clean, solution based products. Backed by a strong brand identity and early traction across digital and offline channels, we’re now looking for a Head of Sales who has “been there, done that” —someone who can take what we’ve built and scale it fast and smart . This is a rare opportunity to join a driven founding team, own the sales strategy, and build something meaningful from the ground up. What You’ll Do: Sales Leadership & Strategy Define and execute a growth-focused sales strategy across D2C (e-commerce) and B2B (retail, wholesale, salons, distributors) channels. Bring a clear vision for scaling revenue and customer acquisition with a focus on profitable, sustainable growth. Lead and grow a high-performance sales team; hire, train, and manage talent as we scale. D2C Growth (E-commerce Focus) Drive online sales through our website and marketplaces by collaborating closely with marketing, growth, and product teams. Use data to optimize conversion, retention, AOV, and LTV. Drive CRM, funnel performance, subscription models (if applicable), and customer lifecycle management. B2B Expansion (Retail & Distribution) Build and deepen partnerships with premium retailers, beauty chains, boutiques, salons, and strategic distributors. Own the pipeline for B2B growth—from prospecting and negotiation to onboarding and relationship management. Explore and test new channels (pop-ups, hotel partnerships, wellness platforms, etc.). Operations & Analytics Set and track aggressive sales targets and KPIs across all channels. Forecast demand and collaborate with operations to ensure stock availability and fulfillment. Analyze performance and customer feedback to guide product and pricing strategies. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience (7 years) scaling sales for a D2C and/or B2B beauty, skincare, personal care, or consumer brand—ideally from early stage to breakout growth. Start-up DNA : hands-on, scrappy, adaptable, and energized by building from zero to one (and then 10x). Strong network of industry connections (retailers, distributors, buyers) is a major plus. Deep understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem, digital marketing collaboration, and retail negotiations. Highly data-driven with a track record of hitting ambitious revenue targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Nice to Have: Experience with clean beauty, wellness, or premium/luxury brands. Exposure to international markets and cross-border e-commerce. Comfort with tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Hubspot/Salesforce, and Looker or similar.
