Responsibilities: Co-design offers Control the daily production, manage the quantities Respect the production according to the meal plan Help nurture workshops with high-level pedagogic content Guarantee that hygiene standards and HACCP are implemented while taught to the students Be seen as a role model to students academically and professionally Organize purchase order and delivery when needed Ensure that all activities in kitchen are the reflect of the students' Moodle course description Control the cleanness of the kitchen, respect the HACCP Profile and experiences: At least 3 years of experience in the luxury hotel and restaurant industry Several years of experience in a hotel school Strong experience in Asian food especially in Japanese food Pedagogic certificate an asset Independent personality, able to work alone Strong technical expertise, curious about the latest techniques and trends Attention to detail, creative and passionate Demonstrated ability to work with multicultural teams and in an international environment Fluent in English (French is a plus) In constant research of improvement Strong work ethics and professional rigor, does not compromise on quality at all levels, passionate Other information: Type of contract: undefined period of time contract Activity rate: 100% Location: Glion campus (Route de Glion 111, 1823 Glion) Start date: jid93b545bafr jit0624afr
