We’re looking for a Client Accounting Manager to lead our dynamic team of bookkeepers, manage processes, and ensure our clients receive crisp, timely financials every month. Pay: 75,000 pesos/mo Benefits: Legal benefits offered - Supplemental Benefits coming soon! Work location: Avenida Álvaro Obregón 171, Roma Norte, 06700 Cuauhtémoc, CDMX, Mexico Work schedule: in office/hybrid minimum 3-4 days per week *all work and interviews will be conducted in English! Key Responsibilities: Be the go-to guru for monthly financial reporting — Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and more. Lead a talented team of bookkeepers, supporting their professional development and ensuring high-quality work. Meet with clients to decode numbers, spot trends, and assist in guiding financial decisions. Streamline systems and processes to keep the accounting team running at peak performance. Provide Ad hoc/Custom reports on request basis. Train the clients on internal processes/platform. Qualifications: A deep understanding of the full accounting cycle. A sharp eye for trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities in financial data and processes. Experience setting up systems and processes Strong management skills and a high bar for accuracy. Experience with tools like QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, Bill.com, and ideally Slack and CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot. A college degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
