Chef Location: Lisburn Hours: 8am4pm | Monday to Saturday | 5 days per week Salary: Competitive rates (based on experience) Ashvale Farm Shop is an award winning, family run farm shop & tea room nestled in the Bailliesmills countryside, Co. Down. Owned by the Herron family, the business is now into the second generation, and is operated by Edward, Julie & their daughter, Emily-Jane. Were currently seeking an experienced Chef to join our friendly kitchen team, offering daytime hours only with no late nights and Sundays off. What Youll Do: Prepare and cook fresh, high-quality dishes consistently to a high standard Support menu planning, food prep and efficient kitchen operations Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team What Youll Bring: Proven experience as a chef in a busy kitchen environment A genuine passion for food and hospitality Strong communication and time management skills A proactive and positive attitude Why Join Us?
