They serve proper barista coffee and a fresh range of bakery items alongside pasties, patisserie, pastries and cakes. All made fresh and delivered daily by their in-house bakery team. Experience as a restaurant/cafe/coffee shop/cafe bakery/catering manager in a busy, fast paced commercial customer facing operation A passion for high quality food and drink & exceptional customer service? Experience making barista coffee A hands-on lead from the front approach and a real eye for detail A strong people manager with the ability to recruit, train & motivate a team to get results? Financially and commercially astute with the ability to build sales?
