Food & Beverage Operations Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Food & Beverage Operations Manager for a luxury hotel on located on the Hertfordshire & Buckinghamshire borders. The hotel has a diverse Food & Beverage operation, with a focus on Conference & Banqueting & weddings. Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager, who is able to demonstrate a stable and progressive background, to their current role of Food & Beverage Operations Manager, gained in Conference & Events focused properties. This role will report directly to the Hotel Food & Beverage Director, and the successful candidate for the role of Food & Beverage Operations Managerwill be responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the Food & Beverage department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a well-groomed and spoken, Food & Beverage Operations Manager, to join the senior leadership team at this independently owned property, at an exciting time in the development of their Food & Beverage and Conference & Events operation.
