BI Competence Center Expert

As part of the BI Competence Center within Bulgari’s IT department, you will play a key role in the Data & AI Product Unit , driving the development and optimization of Business Intelligence solutions to empower data-driven decision-making. Your expertise will enable the organization to transform complex data into actionable insights, enhancing operational efficiency across Bulgari's Value Chain. Key Responsibilities BI Solution Design and Implementation Lead the design, development, and deployment of analytical and operational reporting scenarios on SAP S4 and PowerBI, ensuring robust integration with existing systems. Build advanced data models, including Virtual Data Models and Data Sets, ensuring end-to-end data consistency and quality. Data Analysis and Visualization Develop and implement metrics to evaluate business processes and model performance. Create intuitive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and Analysis for Office to present insights to stakeholders. Statistical Analysis and Testing Apply statistical methodologies, including A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and sampling techniques, to analyze data trends and validate outcomes. Address issues related to data sampling biases and ensure analytical robustness. Performance Optimization Monitor and enhance application performance through query tuning, indexing, and partitioning. Implement bug fixes and system optimizations to ensure stability and scalability. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Collaborate with all IT Product Units for seamless delivery, deployment, and integration of data solutions. Coordinate, manage, and integrate external suppliers to scale the capacity of the competence center. SAP and SQL Programming Develop custom SAP, DAX, or Python programs to develop advanced analytical scenarios. Training and Documentation Provide training to users and internal teams on BI tools and methodologies. Document solutions, processes, and technical designs for knowledge sharing and future reference. Innovation and Continuous Improvement Evaluate and prototype new BI technologies, such as Fabric and SAP Analytics Cloud, to keep Bulgari’s solutions at the forefront of innovation. Continuously refine processes and methods to enhance efficiency and value delivery. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a similar role. Extensive knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft/Azure Analytics Portfolio, S4 Embedded Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). Proficiency in SQL, ABAP programming, and data modeling techniques. Experience with BI visualization tools such as Power BI, Analysis for Office, FIORI, SAC. Expertise in Bulgari Data Domains. Skills and Competencies Exceptional problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach. Agile and incremental mindset. Proficient in English.
