Live-In-Superintendent

About the Role: The live-in superintendent will oversee the daily running of the 27-bed residence, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for female students. This is a full-time, live-in position ideal for someone nurturing, organized, and hands-on. Requirements: Experience in property, hospitality, or student residence management is an advantage. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills. Must live on-site and hold a valid PDP licence. South African ID or valid work permit required. Police clearance and medical check may be requested. Key Responsibilities (Summary): Manage day-to-day operations, cleanliness, and maintenance of the residence. Provide first-line support to students, promote a positive community, and enforce house rules. Supervise cleaning staff and assist with scheduling and supply needs. Handle room check-ins/outs, keep basic records, and report maintenance issues. Drive students to and from campus using the hostel shuttle (PDP licence required).
