We are currently looking for a passionate Concierge , to join our Guest Services Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a Concierge , your main duties and expectations for the role will include: To receive and resolve customer complaints and ensure the complete satisfaction of the customer. Deliver appropriate service recovery with a view to obtaining their future loyalty. Own customer issues ensuring resolution is achieved the same day the issue was brought to your attention Be based in Lobby in order to actively engage with internal and external customers, creating memorable experiences Ensure AA 5 red standards and LQA Standards are delivered at all times Ensures all collateral and brochures are of the latest edition and in pristine condition Is receptive to coaching, mentoring and applies learning as well as actively seeks learning Continuously trains and develops and updates the knowledge of Front Line Colleagues about all services, including tours, restaurants, sights, doctors, worshipping establishments, transportation of any kind, other places of interest You will be required to work 40hours per week, on a shift rota.
