Hospitality Travel Planner & Coordinator Manager Freelance

Cheil Italy, the data-driven creativity agency under the Samsung Group, is seeking a Freelance Hospitality Travel Planner & Coordinator Manager . Main Responsibilities: Planning and coordinating travel itineraries, including flights and accommodations; Arranging transportation, such as pickups and vehicle rentals; Managing operational services: rooming lists, transfer lists, flight lists; Preparing and managing cost estimates to ensure budget compliance; Handling communications with participants and managing travel documentation; Planning activities such as events, tours, visits, and dinners; Resolving travel-related issues or changes; Communicating with vendors and clients to secure arrangements; Negotiating with suppliers and coordinating their services; Providing customer service and assistance before and during travel or events. Required Skills: 4 to 6 years of proven experience as a Hospitality Manager or similar role; Strong organizational skills; Decision-making skills for quick problem resolution and negotiating best rates; Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; Knowledge of event budgeting and cost control; Ability to stay focused under pressure and adapt quickly to changes; Experience managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
