Key Responsibilities: Lead all hotel operations in alignment with NoMad’s curated luxury lifestyle concept, ensuring an exceptional and personalized guest experience Cultivate a guest-centric culture that emphasizes storytelling, artistry, and high-touch service. Champion NoMad’s dining-forward identity, working closely with culinary teams to maintain world-class food and beverage offerings. Drive financial performance and profitability through strategic revenue management and an innovative boutique hospitality approach. Attract, develop, and retain top industry talent, fostering a team of passionate and creative professionals. Build meaningful partnerships with local artisans, designers, and cultural influencers to enrich the hotel’s identity. Qualifications: Proven leadership in luxury or lifestyle hospitality, with experience in boutique hotels or independent-minded brands. A minimum of 10 years of hotel management experience, with 5 years in a senior leadership role. Expertise in Food & Beverage operations, with a deep understanding of NoMad’s dining-centric philosophy. Strong financial acumen and experience managing boutique hospitality profitability models. Demonstrated ability to create exceptional, tailored guest experiences that foster loyalty. Passion for design, culture, and immersive hospitality.
