The GM curates an immersive guest experience, drives operational success, and fosters a culture of creativity and excellence that aligns with NoMad’s unique ethos. This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, a deep appreciation for art and culture, and a passion for delivering world-class service with a personal touch. Key Responsibilities: Lead all hotel operations in alignment with NoMad’s curated luxury lifestyle concept, ensuring an exceptional and personalized guest experience Cultivate a guest-centric culture that emphasizes storytelling, artistry, and high-touch service. Champion NoMad’s dining-forward identity, working closely with culinary teams to maintain world-class food and beverage offerings. Drive financial performance and profitability through strategic revenue management and an innovative boutique hospitality approach. Attract, develop, and retain top industry talent, fostering a team of passionate and creative professionals. Build meaningful partnerships with local artisans, designers, and cultural influencers to enrich the hotel’s identity. Ensure operational excellence, maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and service integrity. Qualifications: Proven leadership in luxury or lifestyle hospitality, with experience in boutique hotels or independent-minded brands. A minimum of 10 years of hotel management experience, with 5 years in a senior leadership role. Expertise in Food & Beverage operations, with a deep understanding of NoMad’s dining-centric philosophy. Strong financial acumen and experience managing boutique hospitality profitability models. Demonstrated ability to create exceptional, tailored guest experiences that foster loyalty. Passion for design, culture, and immersive hospitality.
