Transport Operations Manager / Fantastic Company

VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a major client with the Recruitment of an Experienced Transport Operations Manager to join an experienced and dynamic team based in Cookstown. Salary - £45,500 - £60,000 Hours - Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 5pm & Friday 7:30am - 4pm Responsibilities: Oversee workshop and stores operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running. Coordinate modular build scheduling, managing projects from order to installation and handover. Manage onboarding and training of new staff, including probation processes. Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards across all operations. Essential Criteria: A minimum of 5 years' experience in production management or scheduling. Strong decision-making, leadership, and organisational skills. Ability to problem-solve, manage time effectively, and drive continuous improvement. A full, clean driver's licence. Preference may be given to candidates with joinery or construction experience.
