As part of our pre-opening team, were looking for a skilled and hands-on Shift Engineer to support our Engineering Supervisor and Director of Facilities and help keep the hotel running like clockwork. Youll play a vital role in ensuring our spaces are safe, smooth, and comfortable for both our guests and our people. About You and The Role Were looking for an Engineering Supervisor who: Enjoys working in a dynamic, hands-on environment especially during a hotel pre-opening Has experience in engineering or maintenance, ideally in hospitality Understands core systems like HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lifts, and fire safety Can confidently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Communicates clearly with people across the hotel, including suppliers and contractors Works well under pressure, prioritising and managing multiple tasks Takes pride in record keeping, safety checks, and compliance Is flexible to work shifts on a 4 on 4 off basis, weekends, and emergency callouts as needed Holds a relevant technical qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ) preferred but not essential With more hotels planned within our wider portfolio, this is your chance to be at the forefront of a dynamic and expanding company.
