JoinJWVenice WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR : Our marvelous resort, JW Marriott Venice Resort & Spa , seeks a passionate, bright, talented Marketing Specialist. Roles and Tasks : As a Marketing Specialist, reporting to the Marketing and Communication Director, you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and reputation both internally and externally. You will leverage targeted marketing and communication techniques to maximize customer value while maintaining strong customer loyalty. You will also identify up-selling opportunities and promote additional services and products to enhance the overall customer experience. Managing customer interactions with care, you will provide tailored information and encourage customer engagement in our programs and initiatives. Key Responsibilities Promote and reinforce the brand image aligned with company values. Implement marketing strategies aimed at business growth and customer retention. Identify and propose up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance product and service value. Manage customer communications by providing detailed and personalized information about offers. Collaborate with the sales team to organize promotional events and targeted campaigns. Support the creation of clear and engaging marketing materials. Manage the digital platforms. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields. Proven experience in similar roles, preferably in hospitality, retail, or service industries. Adobe Package knowledge. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset. Ability to manage priorities and solve problems effectively.
