You are expected to: Maintain a neat, clean appearance Follow directions & Pizza Inn Portion Control Chart Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures Demonstrate guest-oriented focus Work effectively as part of a team Communicate with various departments Manage equipment efficiently Follow "clean as you go" policy Keep work area organized & follow 7 steps of phone pro Show a sense of urgency Maintain food quality standards (freshness, temperature, taste, appearance) Understand FIFO rotation Buffet Captain Job Responsibilities: Set up the prep area and all necessary equipment for vegetable prep Accurately prepare vegetables, make backups, and ensure proper rotation and storage Check the Pull/Thaw Chart and rotate foods from freezer to walk-in as needed Prepare the make table according to the Make Table Prep Chart, including meats Maintain a clean, fresh, and varied buffet Label, store, and rotate buffet products correctly Keep buffet bar clean and organized Cut Pack Job Responsibilities: Follow "clean as you go" policy Sample all products and be able to describe them Identify product abbreviations, presentations, descriptions, and key ingredients Cut and pack all Dine Inn, buffet, and delivery orders Minimize waste and control food costs Complete side work duties Open and close the station correctly (open, mid-shift, close) Perform additional responsibilities during slow times and peak hours Pizza Maker Job Requirements: Understand Portion Control Charts, including full and add portions Make all specialty pizzas correctly Use scales for portioning Know product abbreviations, read guest checks and POS monitors Follow Buffet Rotation Chart Follow proper baking procedures Produce consistent products Know and prepare all specialty items Understand product shelf life and location Implement FIFO, flip, fill, and restock products Label items correctly Explain the importance of minimizing waste and controlling food costs Complete side work duties Open and close the station correctly Dough Maker Monitor dough quality and alert manager of issues Follow proper procedures for making all dough types Understand post-mix preps Know the correct weights for all dough Read and follow par charts Label all dough properly Produce consistent products Show a sense of urgency Know dough shelf life and location Complete side work duties Open and close the station correctly Explain the importance of correct post-mix temperature J-18808-Ljbffr
