Finance Manager

As the Financial Manager, your duties include the following: Evaluate and compare financing structures Develop and maintain project-specific financial models to support investment decisions and scenario analysis Collaborate with financial advisors and auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial modelling activities Construct detailed financial models from the ground up where needed Ensure precision and integrity in all outputs Regularly validate model assumptions and results, using insights to support strategic and commercial decision-making Partner with the Asset Management Team to update live models with the latest financial data Contribute to project valuations and financial forecasts by leveraging data from core financial models Support the preparation of high-level financial reports and investment materials for internal stakeholders Participate in ad hoc analytical initiatives to support broader business strategy and decision-making Prepare tax estimations for South African entities Maintain fixed assets Review day-to-day financial transactions Skills & Experience: Strong Team management skills Proven experience working on Sage X3 would be highly beneficial Qualification: Registered Chartered Accountant Contact JENELLE COOKSON on
