Food & Beverage Manager – Private Members' Club West London Salary: £30,000–£35,000 per annum, depending on experience Contract: Full-time, permanent Hours: Includes weekdays and weekends Location: West London A long-standing, well-respected private members’ club is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of its bar and casual dining services. This role requires someone with strong leadership, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to warm, efficient hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of casual bar and service staff, ensuring top-tier member and guest experience Schedule rotas, manage holiday cover, and maintain high staff morale Oversee stock control, supplier relations, and cost management across wet and dry goods Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health & safety standards Coordinate with kitchen providers and internal teams for the smooth delivery of food services Support both internal member-led events and external commercial bookings Maintain and update the EPOS system, working closely with bookkeeping and admin functions Collaborate with the General Manager to improve service standards, menu feedback, and commercial performance Ideal Candidate: Experience in a similar F&B management role within a private club, boutique hotel, or premium hospitality setting Organised, approachable, and comfortable managing a small team across shifting priorities Strong understanding of stock systems, compliance, and service delivery Flexible and adaptable, with a can-do attitude towards both routine and event-based operations Confident in liaising with suppliers, members, and external stakeholders
