Job Description

Rhythm Careers is working with a design studio that’s growing fast in the hospitality and F&B space. They’re looking for a Mid-weight Interior Designer to join the team. This role offers the chance to work on a range of exciting, high-end hospitality interiors from feasibility and concept through to delivery, across projects of different scales, both in the UK and internationally. They are looking for 3-4 years of experience working on F&B or hospitality projects. You’ll be supported by the senior team, but you’ll need to be confident juggling multiple tasks and deadlines. Being proactive, positive and collaborative is key. Day-to-day, you’ll: Develop mood boards, design presentations and finishes palettes. Create drawing packs (plans, elevations, joinery details) and FF&E specs in AutoCAD. Source materials and samples, prepare finishes boards, and assist with tender proposals. Support and guide junior team members with a hands-on, problem-solving approach. Attend site surveys and client meetings when needed. Work closely with the Design Director and wider team to deliver well-resolved design solutions. Skills and experience: Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite. Confident in FF&E sourcing and developing bespoke design details. Good freehand sketching and strong conceptual ability. Experience working with fabricators and suppliers to bring custom pieces to life. This is a great opportunity to join a young, ambitious studio doing interesting work across the hospitality sector. You'll be based in their London studio with the option to work from home one day a week. To apply, please send your CV and portfolio through to Beth@rhythmcareers.com
