Company Description We are a small independent bingo club located in Hednesford, Cannock area. We pride ourselves on customer service and delivering top quality entertainment to our customers on a daily basis. Role Description This is a full-time on-site General Manager role located in Cannock at Hollywood clubs - Hednesford Bingo. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the club, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to improve club performance, maintaining a positive work environment, and upholding high standards of service. Qualifications Leadership, Management, and Communication skills Experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and strategic planning Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Previous experience as a General Manager or similar role in the bingo and leisure industry preferred
