BIM Coordinator

Hays is proud to be partnering with a renowned, design-led studio specialising in luxury hospitality projects. This award-winning practice is seeking a talentedBIM Coordinator to join their collaborative and creative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an influential role, on high-profile projects from concept through to completion, within a dynamic and friendly, hybrid studio set-up. Salary will be dependent on experience, circa 50k, but upward flexibility on this figure can be offered. The studio works on a hybrid basis, with a trusted hard-working environment which all staff benefit from. The Role As BIM Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting project teams with BIM and Revit expertise. Reporting to the BIM Manager, your responsibilities will be split between project-specific support and broader BIM implementation across the studio. You will: - Provide hands-on Revit support and troubleshooting across multiple projects. - Mentor and upskill team members in BIM workflows and best practices. - Ensure the delivery of coordinated, high-quality models and data. - Oversee associated technologies and workflows to optimise project delivery. - Contribute to the studio's digital construction strategy and innovation. Key Requirements - Advanced proficiency in Revit, including content creation and parametric components. - Strong knowledge of UK BIM standards and experience in a Level 2 BIM-accredited environment. - Familiarity with tools such as Dynamo, Navisworks, Enscape, and Common Data Environments (CDEs). - Proven experience working across various RIBA stages within a BIM project environment. - Excellent communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills. - Self-motivated, methodical, and enthusiastic about digital innovation.
