Celebrated for its seasonal menus, local sourcing, and relaxed charm, this venue is a go-to for everything from pre-theatre bites to Sunday roasts and intimate wine evenings. Rooted in a "farm-to-city" philosophy, the restaurant celebrates the best of British produce-think classic dishes with a refined twist, award-winning English wines, and craft cocktails with homemade touches. With a dedicated chef’s counter and private dining area, it also offers an elevated guest experience for special occasions and events. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced yet intimate setting, with a strong understanding of both operations and guest experience.
