Procurement Lead

Amazing opportunity to join a disruptive QSR brand that is growing at pace. My client is at an early stage, with plans to add double the number of sites YoY over the next three years. The Role As their first Procurement hire, you will be part of a small leadership team. Influencing strategy whilst balancing operational needs. Growing out your team, experience and responsibilities as the business rapidly grows over the next few years. Develop and implement the procurement strategy, ensuring alignment with brand standards, menu evolution, and franchisee needs Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and mitigate inflationary pressures without compromising quality or brand consistency Partner with culinary and operations teams to support NPD, seasonal menu changes, and limited time offers Monitor and manage supplier SLAs, risk mitigation plans, and contingency stockholding strategies Provide procurement support and play an advisory role in international expansion and category development Background requirements Experience in a direct procurement role (food) within QSR, hospitality, or foodservice A strong understanding of product lifecycle from concept to delivery Knowledge of UK & international sourcing standards, compliance, and food safety practices Experience of E2E supply chain within a multisite restaurant/QSR brand would be beneficial This role would be great for an established Procurement Manager or a Senior Buyer/Category Buyer looking for a step up Salary & Package £55k - £70k base plus bonus Flexible working Life assurance, private medical, standard pension
