Property Management Surveyor

Role: Property Manager (RICS) - Newcastle Location: Newcastle Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 plus car allowance and benefits Sector: Commercial & Residential Property Management An established and respected multi-disciplinary property consultancy in the North of England is looking to appoint a qualified and driven Property Manager (RICS) to support the continued growth of their Newcastle team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties, taking ownership of maintenance, compliance, and inspections.
