Area Manager

Must live in London – Central London locations READ THIS! It's a brilliant opportunity! We’re working with a small but fast-growing pub group that’s shaking things up across the South of England. They’re on the lookout for a hands-on Area Manager to help roll out new standards, support new openings, drive business growth, and build an amazing people culture. You won’t need to get involved with the kitchen side – that’s handled separately. They want someone who can lead teams, drive standards, and bring structure as they grow. (24 sites and growing, 4 to open in the next year) About the Company This independent pub group has four sites up and running, with two more on the way. They’re growing quickly and already have a great reputation, but they know it's time to bring in an Area Manager to keep raising the bar. You’ll work closely with the owner to roll out the company vision, support the General Managers, and help the sites deliver brilliant customer experiences day in, day out. You’ll need to be flexible to travel across the South when needed. Who we’re looking for A real people person – positive, outgoing, and full of energy Hospitality background essential – pubs, bars, or lively casual dining experience needed 3 years’ experience in a senior ops or multi-site management role Strong head for numbers – good P&L and cost control understanding Comfortable setting up back-office systems and helping embed new ways of working Experience with new openings, relaunches or rebrands would be a big bonus A real focus on hiring, training, and building great teams Contact me – if you are keen, Stuart Hills – 0207 790 2666
