CRM Developer Location: Hybrid (2x per month in Burton-on-Trent) Salary: Up to £45,000 The Company We’re working with a well-known UK retail and hospitality brand that’s heavily investing in its CRM and data capabilities. Their goal? Smarter, faster, and more personalised campaigns that put the customer first. The Role A hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on the deployment side of CRM. You’ll work in a growing in-house CRM team, owning campaign builds and execution to ensure speed, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. What You’ll Do Build and maintain CRM campaigns using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid Execute campaigns aligned to customer segments and data logic Collaborate with CRM, marketing, analytics teams, and external agencies Monitor and troubleshoot campaign delivery and data flows What You’ll Need Must-Haves: Strong HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills Hands-on experience deploying CRM campaigns Familiarity with tools like Braze, Salesforce, Adobe, or Bloomreach High attention to detail and QA processes Nice to Have: Experience with Liquid (especially in Braze) Background in retail or agency CRM environments Understanding of logic-based segmentation and campaign data workflows Why Join? £45,000 salary Flexible hybrid setup (just 2 days/month onsite) Join a brand mid-transformation with high investment in digital Collaborative and supportive CRM team Interested?
