The Role: Be the face of the restaurant – lead from the floor, and build a guest experience that’s consistent, personal and best-in-class Work closely with chefs and leadership to refine menus and drive innovation Be hands-on with service – a strong floor presence is essential Create a high-performance culture across the FOH team Deliver against key financial metrics – manage rotas, margins and labour Ensure team training and development is a priority – coaching, not just managing Own the standards – systems, compliance, and the guest journey Handle guest feedback with confidence and care The Person: Senior management experience within quality restaurants is essential A natural host – someone who lights up a room and thrives on busy service Clear communicator with strong leadership presence Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and keep standards high Financially astute and commercially aware Strong food and wine knowledge Passionate about people, hospitality and getting the details right This is a flagship site – high expectations, high footfall, and high visibility.
