Relocation Opportunity – Estimating Manager (Luxury Retail & Hospitality Fit-Out - Joinery) Location: Bahrain | Attractive Tax-Free Package An established and respected organisation within the high-end fit-out sector is seeking an experienced Estimating Manager to join their team. This role presents an exciting relocation opportunity for a commercially astute and technically competent professional with a proven background in luxury retail, hospitality, or F&B interior projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead all estimation-related activities, ensuring timely and accurate submission of competitive bids Interpret and analyse tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications Prepare and review bills of quantities, material take-offs, and cost breakdowns Manage and develop the estimating team, including workload planning and performance monitoring Coordinate closely with production, procurement, and cost control functions to align with project execution needs Oversee supplier pre-qualification processes and maintain an updated supplier database Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of estimating policies and procedures Provide commercial and contractual insights to support strategic decision-making Candidate Requirements: 10–15 years of relevant experience, ideally within luxury retail fit-out; F&B or hospitality sectors also considered Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams and complex estimation processes Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills Background in joinery or high-end interior fit-out preferred GCC experience is advantageous but not mandatory What is on offer: Tax-free compensation and comprehensive relocation support Career progression within a reputable and growing international business Opportunity to work on prestigious, design-led projects in a dynamic market environment.
