Job Details Location: Findlay, Ohio Start Date: May 12, 2025 Employment Type: Permanent Shift: Varied shifts including 2 clinic days and 3 procedural days per week Call Coverage: 10 night/weekend shifts per month Base Salary: $500,000 for 0-3 years of experience, $550,000 for 4-6 years, $600,000 for 7 years Bonus: Potential annual bonus up to $75,000 based on scorecard metrics Signing Bonus: $50,000 Relocation Stipend: Up to $15,000 Job Requirements Board Eligible or Board Certified in Vascular Surgery Ohio medical license or willingness to obtain Clean malpractice and license record Minimum 1 year of experience in vascular surgery Responsibilities Establish and lead a community-based vascular surgery program Provide advanced vascular surgical care, including management of aneurysmal disease, carotid artery disease, and limb salvage Perform both open and endovascular procedures Supervise advanced practice providers involved in vascular care delivery Collaborate with cardiology, interventional radiology, and other specialties Participate in program development and expansion Educate and counsel patients and families on treatment options Maintain communication with referring physicians Findlay, Ohio, is a vibrant community known for its friendly atmosphere and rich history.
