Your Opportunity: The E-commerce Business Analyst & Tester will join the E-Commerce team, acting as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring that the digital platform meets high standards of usability and functionality. This person will be responsible for gathering requirements, defining business needs, and conducting testing activities to ensure seamless user experiences across our online channels. Furthermore, the E-commerce Business Analyst & Tester will play a crucial role in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives. This includes analyzing website performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing A/B testing strategies to maximize online sales and user engagement. Your Contribution: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Eg. E-Commerce, IT, CRM, Operations) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital projects. Translate business needs into functional specifications, ensuring alignment with technical teams and external vendors. Monitor e-commerce KPIs and identify areas for process and system improvements. Support the definition of user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams. Monitor developments to evaluate KPIs and iterate developments towards optimized performance Support the integration of third-party solutions (e.g. live-chat, payment gateways, personalization tools, cookie and consents management) into the e-commerce ecosystem. Work closely with external vendors and internal IT teams to ensure smooth implementation, testing, and maintenance of integrations. Design, execute, and document test cases and test scripts to ensure the quality of e-commerce platform and features. Conduct functional, regression, UAT (User Acceptance Testing) testing to identify issues before and after release. Collaborate with developers and third-party vendors to track, report, and resolve defects. Support project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of new features and enhancements. Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and business analysis processes. Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and competitor benchmarks in luxury e-commerce. Your Skills: 2 years of experience in business analysis and testing, preferably within the e-commerce field. Experience in luxury, fashion, or retail industries is a strong plus. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g. Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and integrations with ERP, CRM, OMS, and PIM systems and other third parties (eg live chat, CGI, digital product passport, size and fit tools etc) Familiarity with testing methodologies, defect management tools (e.g. JIRA), and Agile frameworks.
