We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team, reporting directly to the HR Manager and collaborating closely with the Assistant Manager and payroll team. This role is tailored to support the unique environments of Splendido and Splendido Mare. The ideal candidate will embody our passion for excellence and adapt to the dynamic needs of both hotels. Main duties and responsibilities : Recruitment Support : Assist with candidate screening, interview scheduling, and recruitment efforts to attract talent aligned with Belmond and LVMH standards. Onboarding and Training Administration : Support coordination and administration of training programs to uphold LVMH’s service ethos. Employee Relations Support : Provide administrative assistance and support employee relations activities to foster a positive work environment. HR Administration and Record Keeping : Maintain accurate employee records, support HR reporting on metrics like turnover and training completion. Payroll Support : Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Compliance Support : Assist in ensuring adherence to local employment laws and ethical standards. Performance Management Administration : Support performance review processes administratively. Interdepartmental Collaboration : Work effectively across departments to support seamless service delivery. Special Projects : Participate in HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and retention. Requirements Who You Are : Education : Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred. Experience with employment agencies is a plus. Experience : Experience in structured, international organizations; hospitality experience, especially in luxury hotels, is highly desirable. Passion and Drive : Genuine enthusiasm for HR, high energy, proactive attitude. Adaptability : Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a high-end resort environment. Communication Skills : Good written and verbal English skills; additional languages are advantageous. Collaboration : Ability to work well within a team and across departments. Software Proficiency : Skilled in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is beneficial.
