Join Starhotels and be part of the HR Team at our Head Office in Florence As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for creating an enthusiastic team that elevates our guests’ experiences during their stays at our properties. Your responsibilities include: Supporting our properties in the recruitment process by providing regular updates. Assisting the team with CV pre-screening, telephone screening, and providing feedback to candidates. Coordinating candidate interviews with Managers. Advertising vacancies on our website and various recruitment channels. Managing the company’s employee database and preparing reports. Assisting in developing organizational guidelines and procedures. Supporting the team in coordinating employee development plans and performance management. Candidate profile: A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality. A positive mindset, self-drive, and initiative. Enthusiasm for travelling abroad. High performance when using the PC. Versatility in handling various work scenarios. Language requirements: Italian – fluently English – fluently Additional languages are a plus.
