Pastry Demi Chef de Partie - Hotel Cipriani

At our iconic Hotel Cipriani, a Belmond Hotel, Venice, we are seeking a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join our Pastry team (comprising 6 Pastry Talents) for the 2025 season. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for pastry and hospitality, reporting directly to our Pastry Chef. Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Prepare specific food items, such as pastries, chocolates, cakes, etc. Follow the directions provided by our Pastry Chef. Collaborate with the rest of the Kitchen and restaurant team to ensure high-quality food and service. Support and oversee commis de partie and trainees within the Pastry Team. Requirements: At least one year of experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or 5-star hotels. Passion for service and a desire to grow professionally. Good communication skills in Italian (mandatory) and interpersonal skills. Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Italy at the time of application. Seasonal contract according to the C.C.N.L.
