Key responsibilities We are looking for a Grocery Strategy Business Manager to join our Business Operations & Strategy team based in Milan office. The primary role of the Strategy Business Manager is to provide strategic and analytical support to the Grocery team , and implement key processes within the team to help drive efficiencies and improve ways of working. Reporting directly into the Director of New Verticals, your responsibilities will include: Ad-hoc analysis and reporting : supporting the Grocery team and Director of New Verticals, with ad-hoc analysis and efficient reporting structure for commercial and marketing activities. Insights : Gain insights on Grocery inputs across multiple platforms and with HQQ (e.g., pricing). Performance : provide detailed analysis on marketing activations to analyse performance and inform future strategic decisions based on that. Sales collaboration : work closely with the Sales team to help define priority zones and segments to focus on. Special projects: supporting the strategy, execution and reporting of special grocery projects. Leading country and cross country projects. Product features: being the point of contact for the implementation of new product features liaising with HQ and internal stakeholders. Key requirements The ideal candidate is analytical with a strong set of organisational and communication skills: 5 year work experience within an analytical and structured environment. Proficient in MS Office (Looker is a plus). Analytical, structured and data-driven, with a keen eye for details. Strong organisation skills, with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities. Ability to work under pressure. Good communicator and relationship-builder. Problem-solving lover, with a track record of generating and executing on innovative ideas and solutions.
