As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in aligning our business strategy with technology solutions to drive the organization's growth and efficiency. Job Responsibilities Provide the overall framework and boundaries within which a technical solution can reside, including tools and platforms based on TDB and the technology strategy (including SaaS). Offer a clear vision for platform requirements in terms of quality, security, cost, and viability. Maintain proper architecture documentation and catalogues, ensuring their accuracy. Define high-level tech strategy, including vision and roadmaps for 6, 12, and 18 months, in accordance with the Tech community. Drive architectural initiatives via enabler epics in product roadmaps and participate in their analysis. Maintain an enterprise-level architectural risk and opportunities log. Keep tech strategy documentation updated, including high-level targets at the domain level. Engage with the business community on programme discoveries. Act as SME for cross-business process implementations over current platforms. Participate in high-level design reviews for cross-product initiatives to ensure platform integrity and perform impact analysis. Support the Product Community in delivery outcomes. Ensure architecture documentation reflects delivery evolution and platform integrity. Create a collaborative Architecture Community, collecting and analyzing innovative ideas and technologies. Advocate frameworks, values, and vision for HBX, representing the company at tech events. Improve current architecture frameworks, especially for Java and Angular-based platforms.
