As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in aligning our business strategy with technology solutions to drive growth and efficiency. Job Responsibilities Provide the overall framework within which technical solutions can reside, including options for tools and platforms based on TDB and our technology strategy (including SaaS). Define platform requirements in terms of quality, security, cost, and viability. Maintain proper framework documentation and architecture catalogues, ensuring their accuracy. Develop high-level tech strategies, including vision and roadmaps (6, 12, and 18 months), in collaboration with the Tech community. Drive architectural initiatives via enabler epics in product roadmaps and participate in their analysis. Maintain an enterprise-level log of architectural risks and opportunities. Ensure architecture documentation is updated in line with delivery evolution. Support product teams to ensure platform integrity and delivery outcomes. Participate in high-level design reviews for cross-product initiatives to safeguard platform integrity. Create a collaborative Architecture Community, fostering innovative ideas and technologies. Represent HBX at tech events, evangelizing frameworks, values, and vision. Improve our architecture frameworks, especially over our Java and Angular-based platforms.
