AI Solution Consultant

Leverage extensive experience as an AI Solution Analyst to independently conduct analyses with clients and partners, transforming business problems into AI-based solutions. The Solution Consultant can estimate effort, supported by AI Research Engineers and AI Solution Experts / Scientists as needed, and actively participate in pre-sales activities. Analytical and coordination skills also enable support in scouting and writing proposals for new funded projects. Responsibilities Design and coordinate functional tests to ensure analysis compliance with client requests; Responsible for the content of functional analysis documents for involved projects; Coordinate technical support for at least one client installation; Manage pre-sales activities upon team leader request; Potentially serve as WP Leader for funded projects; Act as a point of reference for client needs, guiding work to ensure client satisfaction within project constraints; Assist the Head of Research in technical, functional, and methodological responses for RFPs, RFQs, POCs, and funded project bids, including effort estimates. Requirements Master's degree in operational research, data science, management engineering, computer science, mathematics, or related fields; PhD is a plus; Previous technical experience in machine learning, mathematical optimization, or simulation; Strong project management skills and stakeholder management abilities; Experience with data-driven project management methods and technologies (Agile in data science); Strong analytical and mathematical skills, quantitative approach, and problem-solving capabilities; Curiosity for research and developing solutions to complex problems; Familiarity with Java or Python; knowledge of R, Scala, C / C++ is a plus; Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities; Proficiency in MS Office suite and English (minimum C1 level).
