Arrow Electronics is looking for an IMMEX Analyst - Annex 24 to join our team in Guadalajara! What You’ll Be Doing: Internal support to the import and export teams. Validate the accuracy of the Annex 24 information against Data Stage for Annex 30 reports accuracy. Research and Resolve issues: gaps on the Annex 24 inventory system, gaps on the pedimentos info validations. Data and reports: Annex 24 inventory accuracy reports, AXLValidate reports, Issues, and gaps to be fixed with the teams. Other general duties and special projects: Stock validations against ERP, special status reports, Systems integrations special projects. Other duties or projects as assigned. What We Are Looking For: Typically requires 1-2 years of experience Bachelor’s degree completed Annex 24 knowledge and experience Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English & Spanish Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel Experience with Aranxel Annex 24 system is a plus Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently with little or no guidance Work Arrangement: Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home What’s In It For You: At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
