Job Description

Position: Programming Machine Operator Lead Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Programming Machine Operator Lead to oversee and provide direct support to the Guadalajara Programming Center. In this role, you will ensure the smooth execution of daily operations, maintain quality standards, and drive productivity to meet client expectations. You will supervise orders, monitor production processes, and lead a team to achieve operational goals while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. What You Will Be Doing: Supervise client orders and production processes to ensure quality and timely delivery. Communicate daily with team members, managers, and department associates to achieve production goals. Prepare and share productivity and performance reports. Assign and prioritize tasks to optimize team efficiency and maintain quality standards. Implement and maintain 5S principles to ensure order and standardization in the work area. Inspect workstations and equipment, proposing improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Monitor inventory of supplies, raw materials, and tools to prevent shortages or waste. Provide training and conduct performance evaluations for team members. Organize regular team meetings to share achievements, objectives, and goals. Promote respect, communication, and mutual support to maintain a positive work environment. Address team concerns and resolve conflicts diplomatically. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and workstations. Manage purchase orders for supplies and spare parts, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery. Oversee staff attendance and incidents, sharing reports with management and payroll teams. Update and maintain documents and work instructions as required. What We Are Looking For: Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Experience in supervising production processes and managing teams. Knowledge of quality standards and inventory management. Familiarity with 5S principles and continuous improvement practices. Ability to analyze data and prepare performance reports.
