About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Shift Manager to join our Dispatch Operations team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of live operational shifts , making real-time decisions to support delivery performance and service quality. This goes beyond coordination— you will lead intra-shift strategy and execution , while collaborating closely with drivers, restaurants, and the City Ops team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, has excellent judgment under pressure, and is ready to take on greater autonomy and responsibility in a fast-paced startup setting. What You’ll Do Own operational performance during your assigned shift Monitor and optimize live delivery flow across regions Make intra-shift decisions to resolve delivery and routing issues Supervise dispatch execution and support drivers in real time Flag operational bottlenecks and escalate critical issues Report shift insights to City Ops team post-shift Help build best practices for shift handoffs and live ops SOPs What We’re Looking For C1 English Proven ability to manage or supervise live operations Strategic thinking and autonomous decision-making Calm under pressure and comfortable with real-time problem-solving Excellent communication across teams and tools Previous experience in delivery, dispatch, logistics, or live support preferred Remote position Why This Role Matters This is not just coordination —it’s shift ownership .
