Job Responsibilities As an Automation Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing and maintaining automated testing frameworks to ensure the high quality and performance of our SaaS product. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to our CI/CD infrastructure. Your daily activities will include: Designing, implementing, and deploying automated processes/tools for Automation, QA, and Dev teams Developing and maintaining automated test frameworks for both microservices and system-level testing Writing automated test cases using tools like Selenium, TestNG, and PyTest Expanding and enhancing existing toolsets to match evolving product needs Working with CI solutions to streamline testing and release workflows Participating in all stages of the SDLC: planning, design, implementation, testing, and reporting Collaborating with developers, architects, and product managers to ensure high-quality product delivery Monitoring automation effectiveness and continuously improving test infrastructure and coverage Must-Have Skills 2–4 years of industry experience in software engineering 1–3 years of experience in test automation frameworks Strong skills in Python with an object-oriented design approach Demonstrated experience automating UI tests with Selenium Familiarity with CI/CD environments and tools Strong collaboration and communication skills Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with TestNG or PyTest Basic experience with C# Familiarity with public cloud infrastructure and SaaS development practices Exposure to microservices and modern QA strategies Our Benefits Include: 100% payroll scheme Major medical insurance & life insurance 30 days Christmas bonus 13% savings fund ️ Grocery & restaurant vouchers Wellness Are you a test automation enthusiast ready to impact the future of healthcare tech?
