Senior Architect - Johannesburg

Requirements Qualifications & Experience Registered Professional Architect with SACAP. Minimum of 15 years post-qualification experience. Strong academic qualifications from a recognised architectural institution. Proven experience managing large, complex projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, hospitality, civic, education, and mixed-use developments. Technical Skills Expert proficiency in Revit and BIM Common Data Environment (CDE); completion of Revit assessment required. Advanced construction detailing and documentation capabilities. Solid understanding of BIM workflows, modelling techniques, and collaboration protocols. Familiarity with Enscape, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, and Microsoft Office tools. Strong grasp of construction methodologies, building systems, and relevant regulations. Ability to assess technical and commercial feasibility of projects. Skills & Attributes Visionary design thinker with strong conceptual and spatial sensibility. Effective leader and mentor with strong project management capabilities. High attention to detail and commitment to design and documentation excellence. Confident communicator across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. Proactive, adaptable, and highly organised in managing time and resources. Other Requirements Fluent in English (written and spoken). Willingness to travel according to project needs.
