Concierge - Day and evening

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Jazz Drummondville is a recent residence of 405 apartments located in a sought-after area of Drummondville, which offers a high-quality, safe and deeply human living environment to its residents and employees. We are currently looking for a Concierge for a permanent part-time position, approximately 25 hours per week, day and evening and every other weekend. ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: All other related tasks Be available to respond to emergencies Maintain and clean the premises Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.) Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior Perform safety tours and ensure that exterior doors are locked Remove snow and ice on sidewalks Sweep and clean the floors of the corridors, common areas and workstations of the building Taking out the trash EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset Good sense of interpersonal communication Good team player Knowledge of retirement homes, a major asset BENEFITS: Referral Program Free parking Uniform provided Sick days and time off for family obligations Vacation Social Club activities, gifts and substantial discounts Human management approach Free coffee, tea and herbal tea Career Opportunity A welcoming and tight-knit team!
