Project Manager

I have partnered with a London based property company who are looking to bring their Project Management capability in house to support their growing portfolio. As Project Manager within a lean Development company, your duties will include managing design teams, overseeing tendering processes to managing multiple projects through to PC and lease agreements. Current portfolio includes the redevelopment of a large shopping centre which will include the addition of a hotel, commercial space and residential plus a Residential pipeline of 100 units. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a number of exciting schemes, working very closely with the owner of the business.
