This is an excellent opportunity to work with a high-profile client base, advising on business rates strategy and delivering measurable savings across a diverse commercial portfolio. Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice on business rates liabilities and mitigation strategies Prepare and submit appeals to the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) Analyse rating assessments and comparable evidence Represent clients in negotiations with the VOA and Valuation Tribunal Support senior surveyors and directors on complex rating instructions Maintain accurate records and reporting for clients Build and maintain strong client relationships ✅ Requirements MRICS qualified or working towards qualification Experience in business rates or general practice surveying Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Commercial awareness and client-focused mindset Proficient in Microsoft Excel and property databases Full UK driving licence Why Join?
