Job Description

We’re hiring an assistant head of F&B to support and drive food & beverage operations at one of the UK’s busiest and most exciting live event venues. This brand-new role has been created as the events side of the business expands, introducing tailored F&B offerings and experiences for major artists and live acts. Working closely with the Head of F&B, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage key relationships, and help shape strategy across retail catering. You’ll play a pivotal role in developing innovative, efficient, guest-first service across a fast-moving, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities: Support the Head of Concessions with strategy and operations Liaise with key clients (e.g. event organisers, promoters, major stakeholders) Oversee P&L performance across events Manage transformational projects Deliver efficient, guest-focused food & beverage services on major event days Lead cross-functional coordination across operations, culinary, and logistics What Works Well in This Role: Senior leadership in large-scale events, hospitality, or high-volume catering Hands on approach, when needed Experience stadiums, or arenas or high volume pus/restaurants A background in managing operational change and innovation Strength of character and high resilience in demanding environments The Offer: £55,000–£60,000 salary 33 days holiday including bank holidays Time off in lieu for weekend/evening events Life assurance Opportunities for growth & development Access to major UK concerts and sporting events This is a unique opportunity to step into a senior role at the forefront of the UK’s live events scene.
