As a Plumbing Apprentice, you will dive into the world of plumbing, learning the intricacies of the trade. No prior experience is necessary, but a strong mechanical inclination and a sincere commitment to delivering outstanding service are essential. The Plumbing Apprentice class starts June 16, 2025 out of our Virginia Beach office. Key Responsibilities: * Learn and Assist: Collaborate with experienced plumbing technicians to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential settings * Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in a polite and professional manner, attentively listening to their needs and suggesting appropriate solutions * Sales Support: Work alongside the sales team to identify opportunities for additional plumbing services or products that can enhance customer satisfaction * Problem Solving: Apply creative thinking to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing-related issues, ensuring customer contentment * Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to uphold a secure work environment for yourself and your team Qualifications: * Mechanical Inclination: Strong interest and aptitude in plumbing systems with a willingness to learn about plumbing technology * Customer-Focused: A genuine passion for helping people and a dedication to providing exceptional plumbing service * Sales Enthusiast: Enjoy engaging with customers and identifying opportunities to enhance their plumbing experience * Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new plumbing technologies, and thrive in a fast-paced environment * Team Player: Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team * Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this role * Per company policy, all drivers must be 21 or over.
