CONSTRUCTION PROJECT PLANNER (Luxury Hospitality)

Our client, a luxury hospitality group founded in 2014, has redefined the all-inclusive experience through elegance, authenticity, and seamless service. As one of the largest players in Greek tourism, they continue expanding across the Mediterranean — including Spain and Portugal — with a growing team of nearly 4,000 professionals. For their technical team, they are now looking to hire a Construction PROJECT Planner .Your main purpose Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for luxury resort projects, ensuring alignment with overall project goals. Resource & Risk Management: Coordinate resources, timelines, and materials while identifying and mitigating potential scheduling risks. Progress Tracking & Reporting: Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and prepare regular reports, including critical path analysis. Collaboration & Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with project managers, contractors, architects, and engineers to meet project milestones. Data Analysis & Adjustments: Analyze project performance data and adjust schedules using tools like Primavera P6 and MS Project. Quality & Documentation Control: Ensure adherence to luxury standards, safety protocols, and maintain accurate project documentation. What will you bring? Educational Background: Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or Architecture. Construction Planning Experience: 3–5 years of experience in construction planning, preferably in luxury resorts, hospitality, or high-end residential projects. Tender & Construction Measurement: Strong experience in measurement take-offs for tender projects and construction works. Expertise in Construction Processes: In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, scheduling, and project execution. Technical & Software Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera; BIM platform experience is a plus. Attention to Detail & Accuracy: Strong analytical skills to ensure precision in planning, scheduling, and project execution.
