Job purpose: Currently, we're developing our Data department and need a Data Analyst to help grow our data organization. The Data team at Stayforlong transforms raw information into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. Our collaborative team of data engineers, analysts, scientists, and BI specialists works to enhance our competitive edge in the travel market through data-driven solutions. Main job responsibilities are: Transform business needs into actionable insights and clear visualizations Build and maintain scalable, efficient dashboards with self-service capabilities Conduct targeted analyses to support key business initiatives Collaborate across teams to understand requirements and deliver data solutions Ensure high data quality standards in all reporting Develop and optimize efficient sql queries Leverage IA to reduce as much as recurring tasks as possible What you need to have: At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role working. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics or a related field SQL proficiency, you know your way around optimization and scalability of queries. Confident with BI visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, Qlink, etc. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines Great communication and collaboration skills Desirable: Familiar with data transformation tools such as dbt / sqlmesh Programming skills and specifically in Python.
